Refund Policy

BuilderOS provides access to a digital software platform.

Because access to the platform and its outputs is delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been used.

If a user experiences technical issues that prevent access to the service, they may contact support within 7 days of purchase for assistance or review.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
